RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing is guaranteed for 15 years from date of installation against:
- General loss of stone
- Cracking
- Damage as a result of oil spillage or contamination
- UV degradation
- Colour change
- Frost damage
Conditions
The guarantee is subject to:
- Proper use of the complete RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing System including resin and aggregate as supplied by Ronacrete Ltd
- Its installation to specification by a Ronacrete Approved Contractor
- The proper care and maintenance of the RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing System as described in the Cleaning and Maintenance document for the RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing System
- Payment for the system having been received in full by Ronacrete Ltd
- Written notification to Ronacrete Ltd of project address, installation date, name of Approved Contractor, copies of invoices for material and labour supply, description by Approved Contractor of substrate type and design, area in square metres, nature of use (e.g. domestic, other), weather during installation as issued by Meteorological Office.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Damage caused by forceful impact, improper use, inappropriate traffic, mechanical damage. Reflective cracking from the base (e.g. concrete, tarmac).
- Damage caused by movement created by growth of tree roots, wheel tracking, failure of substrate, slippage, heave.
- Failure to install on to a suitable substrate such as structural concrete or wearing course tarmac or other approved suitable substrate.
Failure to install onto a free water-draining surface.
- Colour change as a result of dirt retention or spillage/staining.
Use for any purpose or by any traffic other than that described for the product.
- Damage not immediately reported to the installation contractor.
- Our liability (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by us) under or in connection with this agreement, whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, shall not exceed the sum of materials supplied by Ronacrete Ltd for this contract.
- We shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by you or any other party of an indirect or consequential nature including without limitation any economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill.
